What are the response types to NPS surveys?
Sense classified NPS response types in three ways:
- Promoters (9-10) likely exhibit positive behavior such as recommending your company, finishing their current assignment, and taking another placement. It is recommended to direct Promoters to rating sites such as Glassdoor or Facebook.
- Detractors (1-6) signal various issues that can result in negative outcomes. We suggest providing surveys on what can be improved and following up immediately with a conversation.
- Passives (7-8) are considered in-between these categories.
