★ Overview

Introducing the Multi-Referral Programs feature to the Sense Referral product. Now you can add multiple referral programs based on your needs and link jobs to each referral program. It also includes the following features:

1. Adding multiple jobs to the same referral.
2. There are two different tabs, Programs & Jobs. Here you can configure your referral program and add jobs to it.
3. You can view all the Programs under the Programs tab.
4. You can view all the Jobs under the Jobs tab.
5. You can add users as viewers or editors to the referral program directly.

★ Program & Jobs Tabs

You can configure a new referral program and link the available jobs to it in this tab. 

[1] Program Tab

Here, you can view and create new programs. You can search for the programs using the program’s name. You can also duplicate or edit the programs available. You can also view the default referral program.

▶ Creating a new referral program

[1]. Navigate to Referral>Program & Jobs Tab.

[2]. Click Create Program to create a new referral program.

[3]. You will be redirected to configure your referral program. This contains four steps.

▶ Step 1: Referral Program Setup

[a] You can fill out the basic details, brand, and define the Terms and Conditions.

[b] Click Save & Continue.

▶ Step 2: Form

[a] You can fill out the questionnaire. After filling out the form, click Save & Continue.

▶ Step 3: User Access

You can give access to those who can view or edit the referral program.

[a] Click the search box and search for the user's name to add as an editor or viewer. Select the name from the list. 

[b] Select the access you want to assign to a user.

[c] Click Add.

[d] You can view all users with editor/viewer access under the respective tabs.

NOTE: You will also get suggestions to add all the available users as editors or viewers in the respective tabs.

[e] Once all the users are assigned, click Next.

▶ Step 4: Share Link

You will get the referral link as a URL and QR code. You can directly share the link or copy the link and share it. You can also download the QR code and share it.

[a] Click Continue to Dashboard to navigate to Dashboard.

[b] Click Preview Form in A New Tab to see the preview of the Referral program.

▶ Linking the Referral Program to Jobs

[1] Navigate to the Program tab.

➥ Default Program: You can view the default program, where all the jobs are linked to this program.

➥ Other Programs: You can view all the available referral programs. 

[2] You can select the referral program you want to link the jobs to and click Link Jobs. It will redirect you to the Jobs tab, where you can view all the available jobs.

[3] Select the three dots before the referral program name and select Edit Program Details to edit the program details.

You have options to duplicate, deactivate, copy personalised links, and copy the agency links of the program.

[2] Jobs Tab

You can view all the Jobs available and link these jobs to referral programs. 

Navigate to the Jobs Tab.

You can view all jobs or filter by a specific referral program attached to them.

Click the dropdown option available beside All Jobs. Select the programs you want to view the jobs.

You can search for a job by entering the job title in the search bar.

You can filter these jobs by the available filter attributes.

You can also edit these attributes.

You can edit the job details, such as Bonus Amount, Payout Period (in days), and Referral Validity (in days).

You'll be able to take bulk action on these available jobs. Select all the jobs you want to edit and you can adjust the details and fields. Click Bulk Action. Select from the drop down options. Update the value.

You can also see the change log of these jobs. Click View change log.

You can go ahead and check the previous changes to those Jobs. Click View Changed Records in front of the name of the change record.

Linking the Jobs to a Referral Program

In the jobs tab, you can just select the jobs you wish to link to the referral program. 

Click bulk action. Select the Link Jobs to the Program option. 

Select the Referral program to link. 

Click Link Jobs.

You can also link jobs one by one, as shown below.

You can see a number of programs are linked to the job.
