★ Survey Response Summary

Sense AI allows you to generate a summary of your received surveys in a readable format.

To access this feature,

1. Log in to Sense.
2. Navigate to Analytics.
3. On the Analytics page, scroll down to Journeys. Open any journey (with survey touchpoints) for which you wish to view the survey response summary.
   
 
4. On the selected Journey, scroll down to Touchpoints and open any survey touchpoint.
 
5. On the selected touchpoint, navigate to Responses to view the survey response summary.
