[1] List 2.0 - Remove Target Lifecycle

★ What’s New
We're excited to announce a new enhancement to our list-building experience! With this release, you no longer need to select the ‘Target Audience’ and ‘Lifecycle Stage’ when creating new lists. Instead, you can now simply specify the 'Focus Entity' for your list.
This enhancement streamlines the process and makes list creation even more efficient. This improvement will save you time and make it easier to organize and manage your lists effectively
This enhancement removes the ‘Target Audience’ and ‘Lifecycle Stage’ selections from the following experiences:
- When creating a new list from the People > Lists tab, instead of ‘Target Audience’ and ‘Lifecycle Stage,’ you must specify the ‘Focus Entity’ such as Candidate, Internal Employee, Contact, etc.
- When creating a list from the Journeys page, the system will automatically display the 'Focus Entity' based on your selected 'Target Audience' and 'Lifecycle Stage' for the respective Journey. The displayed 'Focus Entity' will not be editable since the system fetches it from your Journey's Target Audience and Lifecycle Stage.

[2] List 2.0 - Rule Operator's Limitations

★ What’s New
We've introduced value limitations for the 'Contains one of' and 'Is one of' rules as part of a user experience enhancement. This update ensures that the system will display relevant limitation notifications when you exceed the values for these rules, making it easier for you to efficiently target your desired audience. This enhancement not only streamlines the list-building experience but also accelerates the creation of lists, allowing you to save more time.
[I] Limitations for ‘is one of’ or ‘is not one of’:
The aggregate value limit for “is one of” and “is not one of” rule operators is set at “50,000”. For example, you can use either the 'is one of' or 'is not one of' rule set with a range of '50,000' values. Alternatively, if you add '30,000' values for the 'is one of' rule, you can then add up to '20,000' values for the 'is not one of' rule operator.
[II] Limitations for ‘contains one of’:
The value limit for each of the following rule operators - "contains one of," "does not contain one of," "does not start with one of," "ends with one of," and "starts with one of" - is set at "100 values" for each rule operator.
[III] Improved Functionality:
1. With the above enhancements to the rule operators, we have added the ability to “Clear,” “Copy,” and “Download” your added Values.
2. We have included tooltips for all rule operators that showcase examples of their respective rule operators, helping you use them more efficiently. Hover over the 'Information Icon' next to each rule operator to see examples of the values.

★ What’s New
We have released a new chatbot enhancement - Now, instead of just writing back file links, the chatbot writes back the actual candidate-uploaded files to your ATS. This means faster access for customers to view attachments directly within the candidate's profile, streamlining their workflow.
▶︎ Setting up the file node
To set up the file node
- Log in to Sense
- Navigate to Conversations.
- Open any conversation flow (draft/new flow) where you wish to configure the file upload node.
- On the conversation flow page, add the required questions including the ‘File upload Node.’
- On the File Upload Node, add the Node Title, Message, and required ATS Field to writeback the uploaded file to your ATS.

[2] Job Matches in Note Writeback

We have released a chatbot enhancement that seamlessly integrates job matches into the notes written back to your ATS (Application Tracking System). Now, you can conveniently access all the jobs presented to candidates within the same candidate transcript, providing a comprehensive reference point during candidate interactions.
No additional set up is required to enable this. However, if you wish to view ALL job matches available for your candidates, simply reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM), and they'll enable it for your agency. Streamline your candidate management with this effortless and valuable addition!

We have released a new chatbot feature called Privacy Banner. Now, you can effortlessly display your privacy policy or terms and conditions including links, directly within the chatbot interface. This will elevate transparency and establish trust with your candidates.
After the initial candidate interaction, the Privacy Banner intelligently and automatically hides, ensuring a seamless and unobtrusive user experience. Upgrade your engagement strategy by incorporating this feature to prioritize transparency while maintaining a user-friendly interaction.
To enable the privacy banner, go to Settings > Branding > Banner Message.
Once a banner message is saved for a brand, you can utilize the brand in the desired flow to show up the privacy banner.

We have released streamlined referral sorting with day-wise filters, enhancing search efficiency. Additionally, an 'Edit Start Date' feature in Payouts empowers users to modify referral start dates for increased flexibility.
Dashboard Revamp:
We have made enhancements to the referral dashboard to streamline and improve the sorting process. Notable changes include the addition of day-wise filters at the top right, providing options to filter searches based on time periods such as 'This year’, 'Last 90 days’, 'Last 30 days', 'This month', and 'Last 7 days'. This modification significantly enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the search process.

The latest update addresses the absence of a functional job widget on Sense Pages, limiting the ability to add job lists to the page. Recognizing this gap, we have developed a job widget seamlessly integrated into the side panel of our page builder.

Job widget includes comprehensive job listings, the total number of available jobs, and related information. With this implementation, users can now effortlessly integrate job postings onto their pages.

Job Widget Drag and Drop: The Job Widget is easily accessible and visible in the right-side panel, allowing users to easily click and drag job lists within the interface for efficient organization.

Job Widget Configuration: Users can add or configure jobs in Pages with the provided 'Configure' button, accompanied by a display message urging configuration with a job icon.

Select Job Lists: A user-friendly interface displays a list of jobs with fixed numbers, enabling users to create, edit, and browse lists with a search bar and filters. Job counts are visible, and users can select or deselect jobs with associated buttons. 'Cancel' and 'Save and Proceed' buttons facilitate changes.

We have released new updates to the 'Onboarding Plan' for Sense TRM. Employee onboarding can be time-consuming and stressful, but it is an essential step for every organization.
The Onboarding Plan feature allows you to automate onboarding steps, such as sending candidate forms to collect additional information about candidates, enabling cross-functional collaboration with Internal Teams via Internal forms and much more. This will enable businesses to drive digital transformation and, at the same time, reduce dependency on recruitment teams, providing them with ample time to focus on other core projects.

- Internal Forms: This feature enables cross-functional collaboration with Internal Teams via Internal forms
- Automated Reminders: This feature assists in sending timely notifications or alerts to users automatically, prompting them to complete respective onboarding steps. Users can customize these reminders based on their preferences, allowing them to set the frequency as required.

- You can set up automated reminders configuration in Settings > General Configuration > Onboarding Plan > Configuration section.

- You can enable or disable automatic reminders while setting up the Onboarding Plan Steps. By default, it will be enabled during step configuration.
- You can add multiple users who should be notified when a step is completed
