The list count updates automatically in two instances— every 24 hours and when a list is clicked.

List Updates Every 24 Hours

The system now features an automated process that ensures list data is always up-to-date and accurate. This feature works by automatically scanning and updating the list counts every twenty-four (24) hours for all lists that are in active states, which include:

• In Use
• Ready to Use
• Draft

These updates occur without any manual intervention required from the user.

This automatic refresh process has several key benefits:

• Saves time with automatic updates.
• Prevents outdated information and enhances accuracy by providing up-to-date data.

Lists Update when Clicked 

The count is updated automatically whenever a user clicks on the list, ensuring real-time accuracy. This means that each interaction with the list triggers an immediate refresh of the count, reflecting any changes without the need for manual updates or page reloads.
