ABT Feature Updates - Rating Scale and Calendar Date question types
We are excited to announce enhancements to the ABT (Action-Based Targeting) platform, particularly in the Survey Question functionality.
Previously, the platform supported Free Response, NPS, and Multiple Choice Questions. With the latest update, we have expanded the capabilities to include Rating Scale and Calendar Date question types.
Rating Scale Question
The platform now supports Rating Scale Questions, providing functionality similar to NPS questions. This enhancement allows you to use a range of operators, including Equal to, Greater than, Less than, Greater than or equal to, and Less than or equal to. This added flexibility enables more precise analysis and interpretation of responses based on rating scales.
Calendar Date Question
With this update, you can now include Calendar Date Questions with the following operators: After, Before, Equal to, On or after, and On or before. This enhancement enables more precise filtering and analysis of survey responses based on specific dates.
These additions aim to provide more flexibility and precision in targeting based on survey responses, enhancing your ability to gather actionable insights on candidates and their surveys.
Referrals
Configuring Custom Referral and Referrer Questions
You can now configure custom questions in the Forms tab to gather essential information from both referrers and referrals. This enhancement ensures a smoother and more effective referral process, allowing for a personalized approach while maintaining the integrity of the information collected.
Introducing Add-on Integrations for Chatbots
We’ve introduced a new Add-ons button that allows you to seamlessly integrate chatbots into your site. This feature allows you to assign existing chatbots to specific pages, enhancing user interactions.
New Flag for Manual Candidate Data Sync Between ATS and Sense Referrals
We’ve added a new flag in agency configuration that affects how candidate information is managed between your ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and Sense Referrals. Specifically, this new flag will assist with the manual writeback of candidate data from Sense Referrals to your ATS if the agency does not support automatic writeback.
Here’s how it works:
- Manual Candidate Creation: Users will now need to manually create candidates directly in their ATS. Once created, these candidates will automatically sync with Sense Referrals.
- Auto-Sync of Candidate IDs: Even without the writeback feature, candidate IDs will stay in sync between your ATS and Sense Referrals, ensuring data consistency across both platforms.
This update provides more control over how candidate data is managed, particularly for agencies that prefer handling candidate entries directly in their ATS.
You must contact Sense SPOC to enable it for your account.
TRM
Offer Stage Enhancements
You can now make the Offered stage mandatory in the candidate workflow. We’ve added an Edit button next to the offered stage, allowing you to modify the offer before finalizing it.
To maintain a consistent hiring process, the Mark as Hired button will remain disabled until the candidate accepts the offer. If the candidate declines the offer, the Move to Next Stage button will be disabled, preventing any further advancement or hiring.
Manual Cancellation of Offer Approvals
The Cancel Approval button allows you to efficiently handle offer approvals by helping you manually cancel offer approvals within the workflow. For example, previously, if a candidate verbally rejected an offer, the offer approval request would continue to appear on the Overview page and Pending tasks.
With the introduction of Cancel Approval button, you can manually cancel offer approvals, and the system immediately removes the approval from the overview and pending tasks.
There are two ways to reject an offer approvals:
- Manual Cancellation: To manually cancel an approval, click the Cancel Approval button. The system will remove the approval from both the overview and pending tasks and automatically send a cancellation email to the approver.
- Automatic Cancellation: When a candidate declines an offer during the offer stage, the system automatically removes the offer from all relevant lists and triggers a cancellation email to the approver. This process ensures that no outdated tasks remain in the workflow.
Scheduling
We’ve enhanced the Events tab to improve the host experience! Previously, the Events tab only displayed events for the upcoming 7 days. Now, additional days will progressively load as the users scroll, allowing them to view upcoming events seamlessly without requiring them to look at their calendars.
Scheduling on Chrome Extension
Sense Scheduling is now available as a micro-app on the Chrome Extension! This update brings the Events list and direct scheduling functionality in Genesis Meetings UI to our Chrome extension, making it easier for recruiters to manage their upcoming events and schedule interviews without creating new templates.
