The Candidate Matching Activity Tab lets you view detailed information about candidates matched for specific jobs within a workflow's Candidate Matching node. This function is intuitive and informative, helping you make data-driven decisions efficiently.
Note: You can see it only for current activity. Previous activity will disappear if the workflow is deactivated and reactivated.
Search Functionality
From the Search drop-down, select whether you want to search for Jobs or Candidates. The Search box beside it lets you find a specific job or candidate based on your selection.
Jobs are sorted in descending order of match count, and candidates within each job are sorted in descending order of match indicators.
Time Filter
The time filter allows you to narrow down your data by selecting a specific time range. You can choose from various preset time frames or use the Custom Time option to select specific dates from the calendar.
Candidate Details
For each matched candidate, the following details are shown:
- Candidate Name
- Match Indicator
When hovering over a match indicator, additional details such as score breakdown, rank, and other metrics are displayed.
Clicking on the candidate will take you to the People page.
Match Labels and Scores
Candidates are categorized based on their match scores using the following labels:
- Excellent Match: Score Range 90-100 or 5/5
- Good Match: Score Range 70-90 or 4/5
- Satisfactory Match: Score Range 55-70 or 3/5
- Poor Match: Score Range 40-55 or 2/5
- Not Qualified: Score Range below 40 or ⅕
Score Breakdown
- Non-Healthcare Jobs:
- Titles - Score on a scale of 5
- Years of Experience - Score on a scale of 5
- Skills - Score on a scale of 5
- Education - Score on a scale of 5
- Industry - Score on a scale of 5
- Healthcare Jobs:
- Discipline - Score on a scale of 5
- Specialties - Score on a scale of 5
- Certifications - Score on a scale of 5
- Licenses - Score on a scale of 5
