Filters can be found the top of any analytics page. By combining different filters, you are able to focus on specific data sets.
Sense currently provides three default filters for analytics:
- timeframe allows you to filter by a certain date range. The last 7, 30, or 90 days are standard; however, a custom date range could be used.
- message type filters by channel (email/SMS) and type (message/survey)
- recipient filters by selected client(s) or recipient classification (consultant/client/internal)
In addition to the default filters, Sense can use ATS fields as filter criteria. Located under Settings >ATS Settings, ATS fields must first be mapped to their respective analytics field names in order for them to be used as a filter options.
