Sense has a full integration with JobDiva, and can sync a wide variety of data from this ATS.
To get started, please work with your Sense Customer Success manager to provide connection info to begin your sync. Sense needs three pieces of information to start your sync:
1. JobDiva client ID. If you don't have this, JobDiva support can provide it.
2. We need you to create a new API username and password. You can do this within the JobDiva admin. Please make the email agency_name@sensehq.com.
3. During your setup process, we’d like to have a non-API username and password so we can login to your JobDiva webpanel and verify data coming in. Sense uses this account during setup to validate your data sync. You can make this email agency_name2@sensehq.com. After setup, you can delete this login as we’ll no longer need it. Because we will need access to many of your fields, please make this user account a “super user.
