We'll be syncing with your Bullhorn ATS across the below entity types:
- Job Order
- Corporate User
- Client Contact
Within these entities, we'll be syncing any fields that you request. The fields you choose will be the options you have within the Sense dashboard to:
- Customize messages, such as email address, name, client, etc.
- Create audiences for workflows, such as Candidate Status, Client, etc.
- Filter analytics results
- Send from/Send to fields
In general, we suggest syncing as many fields as you have, as you never know when a particular field will come in handy. Don't worry - your customer success manager can work with you to define your initial sync fields as part of the setup process.
If you’re on an ATS, please provide a document with the fields you’d like to sync to Sense, along with the “human readable” field mapping names you’d like them to display as. This can be helpful, as many ATS store fields in a difficult to read format such as candidate.owner.firstName, and it’s helpful to map them to easier names such as Recruiter First Name to ensure readability in Sense.
For any custom fields that you've created, please provide us with the name and what the field maps to in your BH account. After the sync, you can rename these fields to whatever you'd like directly in the dashboard.
