From your agency’s login page, click Forgot Password?
Enter the email and click Reset Password
An email will be sent to your inbox along with a password reset link (make sure to check your spam folder)
Note: if you did not receive the reset link email and have a Messaging account, please reach out to your Sense Admin
Enter and confirm a strong password and click the Set New Password button.
Single Log On (SSO)
If your Sense account is set up with SSO, and you are having difficulties logging in and require a password reset, please let your IT team know to help verify the account and help with password resets.
- Length: password must be at least 11 characters long
- Strength: password must take more than 10^9 guesses
- We use algorithmic scoring to require a password is not a “low” guessability

Once entered, you should be all set to log in to your Sense account.
