The Engagement dashboard is an additional dashboard specific for journey analytics. The engagement dashboard displays each recipient’s last activity date and the open/response statuses for each touchpoint.
View Touchpoint analytics for the following:
- Summaries: is an additional dashboard specific to an event view that diagrams all Survey/SMS responses. It outlines all of the received feedback for an event, whereas the Responses dashboard sorts responses by audience members. To view a list of responders in Summaries, select a chart and filter by the associated response.
