If you aren't sure what questions to include in your conversation or need help coming up with copy for a question, this is the resource for you!
▶ There are a couple of ways to use the question library:
- Just copy and paste the suggested language for the question you want to use right into the conversation designer as you are building your chatbot. This question is good to go!
- Copy and paste the suggested language for the question you want to use, and add or change words or phrases as you see fit. This is a great idea if you are trying to ensure the language in the chatbot reflects your brand tone of voice. Consider changing up the punctuation, adding an emoji, or swap out a couple of words for ones that match your brand voice more closely.
- Write your own copy for questions from scratch while using the Question Library for inspiration!
▶ What if the question I want to ask isn't in the Question Library? Can I still ask it?
Yes, definitely! The Sense Question Library is just a collection of recommended language and for the questions we see clients asking most frequently; however, it is not an exhaustive list of all of the questions you can ask. If you don't see the question you want to ask in the library, it is one that you'll have to write yourself.
