Dashboard Tab
The main Referrals Dashboard is used to show the results of your referral efforts and, a “Recruiter Leaderboard” which includes the Recruiter’s Name, Total Referrals, Hires and Network details.
Referrals Tab
The referrals tab is an optimized view to see all the information about your current referred candidates. Inbox, Contacted, Hired, All and Archived are used as filter categories.
- Name: Candidates that have been referred for open positions
- Referred By: The current employees (external candidates) within the ATS that referred the new candidate
- Job: The Job or Category of the job that the candidate is being referred to
- Interest: The candidate’s designated interest level to continue with the referral
- Status: Candidate referral status, which indicates where they are at in the process, i.e. Referred, Contacted or Hired
- Source: Source indicates where the referral was generated from, typically this references the recruiter’s link that they may have in their email signatures for example
- Owner: Current internal employee (typically a recruiter) that owes the “Referred by” candidate in the ATS
- Referral Date: The date on which the referral was made in the system
- Updated: The last time the referral’s status was updated
Assistant Tab
- This tab has a live example of the Referrals Chatbot. You can use this tab to copy the link from the “share” icon and share it with the internal employees through ‘Journeys’.
2. You may also check current open positions from the “Open Jobs” section and filter them by location.
Connectors Tab
The Connectors tab is an optimized view of candidates that have submitted referrals. All, New, Invited, Referred, Hires & Archived are the filtering categories.
- Connector: Current employees (external candidates) within the ATS that referred the new candidate
- Status: Candidate referral status, which indicates where they are at in the process, i.e. Referred, Contacted or Hired
- Referrals: Number of Referrals submitted by the respective connectors
- Interests: Number of candidates who showed interest in the referred position
- Hires: Number of hired candidates
- Pending: Total pending amount to be paid to the respective connectors for their hired candidates
- Paid: Total amount paid to the respective connectors for their hired referrals
- Added Date: The date the referral was made in the system
- Updated Date: The last time the connector’s status was updated
1. You can ‘Archive’ or ‘Unarchive’ the connectors from the ‘Archive’ icon shown on the right side of each connector.
2. You can manually ‘Add, Import or Export’ the connectors from the three-dot option shown on the right side corner.
Jobs Tab
- This dashboard shows all the available jobs that currently have a referral bonus tied to them. All jobs from your ATS will automatically pull into this tab unless otherwise specified.
- You can filter the Jobs by ‘Job Title’ or ‘Job Location’.
- Title: Title of the job
- Location: Job Location
- Type: Category of the job that the candidate is being referred to
- Bonus: Referral bonus for the respective Job
- Status: It shows two types of statuses, i.e. Active & Inactive
- Owner: Current internal employee (typically a recruiter) that owes the “Referred by” candidate in the ATS
- Created Date: The date the Job was posted in the system
- Updated Date: The last time the job status was updated

Rewards Tab
- The Rewards tab helps you to approve and track pay-outs, making sure you never miss a referral reward.
- Payouts can be either set up to be approved by administrative staff prior to paying recipients or configured to auto-pay upon placing a referred employee -- whichever is preferred. From there, these are able to initiate ACH payment directly to the recipient, download a CSV file to send to the payroll department, or issue a gift card on the customer's behalf.
- You can filter the rewards section by the recipient’s name. Inbox, Pending, Paid, All & Settings are used as the main filtered categories.
4. You can download the CSV file from the download option shown on the right side corner.

The setting has 3 main categories, such as ‘Program Settings’ Assistant Settings & Bonus Settings.
