★ Overview
Audiences are decoupled as reusable ‘Lists’. You can create a list of candidates separately and use it when building an audience for your Journey.
There are three statuses on the lists.
- Draft - The list is only viewable to the person who has created it
- Published - A published list that can be used in any journey
- Live - A list that is actively used in a Journey
Lists are available and can be created in the “People” tab.
➥ Important: If the Journey gets archived for any reason, the system will automatically unmap the associated list (Live List) from that Journey. For more information on the Journey Auto Archive rules, please refer to the complete Activating, Deactivating and Archiving the Journeys help article.
