Microsoft is rolling out new authentication requirements effective October 1, 2022. In order to use the Sense Meetings Product, you have to disconnect your calendar from “Basic Authentication” and reconnect it with “Modern Authentication”.
NOTE: If you do not perform the re-authentication process, then you will lose access to the Sense Meetings product.
How to Perform the Re-authentication
 Navigate to Sense Meetings.
 To disconnect your calendar from Sense Meetings, click on the ‘Connected > Disconnect account’ on the right side of your Meetings dashboard.
 Click ‘+ Add my calendar’ to reconnect your calendar to Sense Meetings.
 You will be redirected to the ‘Login’ Page. Click on ‘Select a different provider’.
 Select the email provider as “Microsoft Office 365".
 Click ‘Continue’ and provide the login credentials to reconnect your calendar with Sense Meetings.
