To seamlessly integrate Zoom video conferencing links into your meeting bookings via Sense Scheduling, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to the Sense platform and navigate to Settings > Calendar Sync.
- From the Connect Conferencing Tool drop-down, select the Zoom option. You'll be redirected to the Zoom authentication page.
- Authenticate the application using your Zoom account credentials. Ensure that the account used for authentication has global admin privileges to approve the integration.
- Provide the necessary permissions requested from Zoom via the App Marketplace.
After successfully completing authentication and permissions, you'll be redirected to the Calendar Sync page. - With Zoom now integrated, the option to include Zoom links will be available in the templates for all users in the customer’s organization that has access to Zoom.
Zoom Permissions
Sense Scheduling will use the following permissions
- meeting:write:admin - To create, update and delete a Zoom meeting
- user:read:admin - To get basic user details
