Node Deletion Capability for Hyper Focus Mode
You can now delete any node in any situation, ensuring greater flexibility and control over workflow structures in the following categories:
- Splits
- For Each
- Decision
HyperFocus Mode ensures safe and efficient node deletion by providing warnings, dependency visibility, and smart restrictions. It also allows you to remove splits and paths while maintaining workflow integrity.
If a node has dependent ABT events or referenced values, Hyper-Focus Mode activates, providing a detailed view for informed changes. It displays unresolved dependencies, highlights nodes, and updates logos. Once dependencies are removed, colors and logos adjust.
Exiting without resolving issues automatically saves the latest changes.
If a node is at the tree root level, no hyper-focus mode is required. A simple confirmation dialog is presented before deletion.
Reusing Data from Previous Nodes
You can now select request or response data from previous nodes directly within the current node. This functionality streamlines workflow processes by enabling the reuse of data gathered earlier in the workflow, enhancing efficiency and reducing redundancy.
For instance, users can incorporate chatbot URLs, SMS recipient details, or other relevant data without needing to reconfigure or duplicate earlier steps.
The selection process is integrated into variable pickers of logical nodes (e.g., split, path) and communication nodes (e.g., email, SMS). Variables from previous nodes are neatly categorised by node names, making it easy to locate and select the desired data. This ensures seamless data flow between nodes, streamlining workflow management and configuration.
Introducing Global Variables
You can now create global variables with custom mappings tailored to your specific needs. These global variables can be used across various communication components, including SMS and email content, email sender name fields, the sender "from" fields for both email and SMS and email subject lines.
This feature empowers you to streamline content customization, ensuring consistent and dynamic messaging across all communication channels.
Email Copying Feature
The new Email Copying feature allows you to effortlessly build emails across workflows. Integrated directly into the drag-and-drop builder, this feature allows you to copy emails seamlessly across journeys (journeys to workflows and workflows to journeys). You will only see the emails you need, making the process more efficient.
All essential elements—including links, images, social media setup, layout, and ATS variables—copy over automatically. This enhancement boosts productivity by saving time, eliminating the need to start from scratch, and ensuring consistent branding across workflows.
SMS ABT Events for Workflows
You can now access SMS ABT Events on the workflows environment, enabling you to use messages in filters, splits, and various workflow scenarios.
This feature allows you to automate responses based on message interactions. For example, if a recipient does not reply within two days, you can automatically send a reminder. If a message bounces, you can trigger a workflow bounce (WB) action.
Multi-Value String Support using 'In' Operator
You can now change string values to support multiple selections using the 'In' operator. For example, trigger actions when a candidate's status changes from any value in (X, Y, Z) to A1, or when a candidate's source changes from any value in (Y, Z) to A2.
This enhancement allows for more flexible and dynamic condition handling in workflows.
