Important Note: Direct links to articles within the Learning Center and Knowledge Base cannot be accessed unless you are already logged into the Sense portals. Access to both the Learning Center and Knowledge Base is exclusively through your Sense login.
Accessing the Sense Learning Center
The Sense Learning Center provides comprehensive learning resources, expert guides, and courses to help you harness the full potential of the Sense platform.
Method 1: Via the Sense Dashboard
- From the left-hand navigation menu, scroll down and click on your profile icon/name (typically at the bottom left).
- A sub-menu will appear. Click on Sense Learning Center.
- You will be redirected to the Sense Learning Center homepage.
Method 2: Via the SenseHQ Page
- Navigate to the SenseHQ page in your web browser.
- Click on the Support tab.
- On the Support page, locate the Sense Learning Center module. This is typically presented as a clickable tile or link.
- Clicking on this module will take you directly to the Sense Learning Center homepage.
Using the Sense Learning Center
Once inside the Sense Learning Center, you can:
- Explore Courses: Browse through available courses designed to enhance your understanding of various Sense features and functionalities.
- Access Product Roadmaps: Stay updated on upcoming features and developments.
- Navigate the Knowledge Portal: Directly access the Knowledge Base from within the Learning Center (see next section).
- Submit Feedback: Provide your input to improve the learning experience.
Search for Content: Utilize the search bar to find specific topics or courses.
