Important Note: Direct links to articles within the Learning Center and Knowledge Base cannot be accessed unless you are already logged into the Sense portals. Access to both the Learning Center and Knowledge Base is exclusively through your Sense login.
Accessing the Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is a comprehensive repository of articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
Method 1: Via the Sense Learning Center
- Access the Sense Learning Center using either of the methods described above.
- On the Learning Center homepage, click on Knowledge Portal in the top navigation bar.
- From the dropdown, select Knowledge Portal again.
- You will be directed to the Sense Knowledge Base homepage.
Method 2: Via the SenseHQ Support Page
- Log in to your Sense account.
- In your web browser, navigate to the SenseHQ support page (sensehq.com/support).
- On the Support page, locate the Knowledge Base module. This is typically presented as a clickable tile or link.
- Clicking on this module will take you directly to the Sense Knowledge Base homepage.
Using the Knowledge Base
Once inside the Knowledge Base, you can:
- Search for Articles: Use the prominent search bar to find specific information.
- Browse by Category: Articles are organized into various categories such as CRM, TRM, Analytics & Data, Automation, People, Sourcing, etc.
- View Recent Activity: See recently updated or viewed articles.
- Access FAQs: Find answers to common questions.
- Read Release Notes: Stay informed about new features and updates.
Example Usage: Finding Auto Screening & Bulk Invite
- From the Knowledge Base homepage, click on the CRM category.
- Within the CRM section, you will see a list of articles. Click on Auto Screening & Bulk Invite .
- The detailed article on Auto Screening & Bulk Invite will be displayed, providing information on its features, prerequisites, and how to enable it.
