Overview
The Voiceflows view is accessible under the Automation > Voiceflows section. It provides a comprehensive dashboard for monitoring and analyzing automated call screenings. The data displayed is relative to the selected period, which is in the overview.
The screened candidate dashboard is also available in the Chrome extension.
Voiceflow Dashboard
The dashboard provides three primary summary metrics displayed prominently at the top of the screen:
Calls Attempted: The total number of calls initiated.
Calls Completed: The total number of screening calls that reached completion.
Calls Evaluated: The total number of calls that resulted in a score or evaluation summary.
Data Filters
The Voiceflows dashboard allows you to dynamically filter the displayed list of candidates using several customizable dropdown filters located above the data table.
Job Titles Filter
The All Job Titles filter allows you to narrow results based on specific job roles.
- The filter displays a search bar and a list of results.
- Examples of selectable titles include: 2nd Shift Supervisor, 3rd Shift Supervisor, AI Engineer, API Developer, API Integration Engineer, and Administration Specialist.
Call Status Filter
This filter determines which category of calls is displayed. Options within this filter include:
- Calls Evaluated (Selected by default)
- Calls Completed
- All Calls
Workflow Filter
The All Workflows filter allows filtering based on specific automation sequences. The system also displays the number of available workflows (e.g., 24 results).
Score Filter
The All Scores filter limits the displayed results based on the outcome score assigned to the call screening.
- Scores available for selection range from 1 through 10.
- An additional category, Score not available, is also listed as an option.
Data Table
The results table, which lists individual records, can be customized using the Edit table columns feature.

Detailed Call Record Analysis
Clicking on an individual record opens a detailed sidebar view for analysis. The detailed view presents critical contextual information such as:
- Candidate contact details (email and phone number).
- Job Title (e.g., Android Developer - Digital or IT Analyst - ETS).
- Date and time of screening (e.g., Screened on 09/24/2025 12:18 PM EDT).
- Assigned Score.
Call Recording and Transcripts
This section includes a player for the call audio, allowing you to listen to the screening.
- The view includes the call duration (e.g., 0:00 / 12:46).
- A Transcript option is available.
-
A Download Transcript option is available from where you can download the call summary transcript.
-
A dropdown menu, typically labeled Original Call, allows selection between multiple call attempts, such as Retry 1, Retry 2, or Retry 3.
If a recording is unavailable for a specific attempt, the display shows No Recording Available.
Below is how the call summary will appear in Chrome extension view.
Overall Summary and Technical Evaluation
The Overall Summary section provides the voice conversation summary.
Example of Successful Screening Summary
For successful calls, the summary includes a narrative describing the interaction with the virtual recruiter and a detailed technical skill assessment.
Technical skill areas assessed for an "Android Developer - Digital" include:
- Android development experience: Experience noted with Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, pager, coroutines, and Room database.
- RESTful API integration: Experience noted using Retrofit, ViewModel, coroutines, sealed classes, and result mapping.
- Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Kanban boards, and backlog grooming.
- Unit and UI testing: Experience with unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, and UI testing with Espresso and Jetpack Compose previews.
- Performance optimization: Knowledge related to view hierarchy management, lazy column usage, memory management, and threading with coroutines.
Example of Non-Evaluated Outcome
For calls where connection failed or the candidate did not answer, the overall summary reports the outcome, such as Call Outcome: No Answer.
