The CRM Mobile App is designed to help recruiters and hiring managers perform key hiring tasks—like tracking jobs, scheduling interviews, and handling approvals—on the go. How to Log In to the Sense Mobile App
The Sense Mobile App allows users to securely access their Sense account on the go. Follow the steps below to log in successfully.
Step 1: Install the Sense Mobile App
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device.
- Search for “Sense Talent”.
Tap Install and wait for the app to download.
- Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
Step 2: Open the App and Login
When the Sense mobile app opens, you’ll land on the Login screen, which provides two options:
- Login – for signing in using your registered email and password or OTP
Login with SSO – for signing in using your organization’s Single Sign-On credentials
Select the login method that is appropriate for your account to proceed with signing in.
Note: ⚠️ When logging in with email and password, you must use the exact email address registered within Sense. Personal or unregistered email addresses cannot be used for this login method.
Allow Required Permissions(First-Time Login) & Login
On your first login, the app may ask for permissions such as:
- Notifications (to receive messages and alerts)
- Camera or microphone access (if required for specific features)
Tap Allow to ensure full app functionality.
Once you log in successfully, you’ll be taken to the Sense Dashboard, which serves as the app’s home screen. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a navigation bar that helps you quickly move between key areas of the app. The navigation bar includes
- Inbox – View and manage conversations and messages only if you have opted for Messaging Services
- Dashboard – View a summary of your recent activity and manage pending Job and Offer Approvals.
- Broadcast – Send and manage mass communications.
- More (three-dot menu) – Access additional options such as Live Chat and Jobs
Account – Access support, review the terms and conditions, see the application version, and sign out.
