Use Job Match Analytics to measure the performance of the Job Matching module across your Workflows and Chatbots, and track its impact on your end-to-end hiring funnel.
Before you start
You must set up source tracking before using Job Match Analytics. Without this, funnel metrics such as Applicants, Client Submissions, and Placements will not populate.
You will need a field on the following records to track source = Discover:
- Candidate records
- Client submission records
- Placement / hires records
When applicants apply to jobs, the source of the application is captured and stored in your ATS. If this field is not available on your entity attributes, contact the Sense Implementation Team to sync the correct field before proceeding.
Setting up source tracking for funnel analysis
To track the impact of Job Match on your hiring funnel, configure the following lists under Configurations → Analytics Settings → Performance.
- Navigate to Configurations → Analytics Settings → Performance.
- Set up the following source lists:
- Applicants with Job Match Source — All candidates who applied to a role where source = Discover or Job Match.
- Client Submissions with Job Match Source — All client submissions where source = Discover, Job Match, or Sense.
- Hires with Job Match Source — All hires where source = Discover or Job Match.
Note: If you are a staffing agency, all three configurations (Applicants, Client Submissions, and Hires) apply to you. If you are not a staffing agency, configure Applicants and Hires only.
