Voice Screening Analytics - Candidates Tab
The Candidates tab provides candidate-level analytics for Voice Screening. It helps recruiters and administrators monitor candidate progress throughout the screening process, compare performance across communication channels, and review detailed screening information for individual candidates.
The page consists of three main sections:
- Summary metric cards
- Performance by Channel chart
- Candidates table
The aggregated metrics displayed on this page use the same definitions as the Voice Screening Analytics dashboard.
Summary Metrics
The top section of the page displays summary cards that provide an overview of candidate activity for the selected date range.
Attempted (Unique)
Displays the number of unique candidates for whom a Voice Screening call was attempted. Multiple call attempts for a given job and for the same candidate are counted only once.
Example: A candidate is screened for Job A and Job B. They receive 3 call attempts for Job A and 5 call attempts for Job B. The Attempted (Unique) count is 2, because each job-candidate pair is counted once.
Answered (Unique)
Displays the number of unique candidates who answered at least one Voice Screening call.
Example: A candidate misses the first two call attempts but answers the third call attempt for a job. The Answered (Unique) count is 1.
Completed (Unique)
Displays the number of unique candidates who completed the Voice Screening call.
Example: A candidate completes the Voice Screening interview for a job after multiple call attempts. The Completed (Unique) count is 1.
Evaluated (Unique)
Displays the number of unique candidates whose Voice Screening evaluation has been completed.
Example: A candidate completes the Voice Screening interview and an evaluation is successfully generated. The Evaluated (Unique) count is 1.

Example: A candidate requests to reschedule the Voice Screening call twice for the same job. The Rescheduled (Unique) count is 1.
Not Interested (Unique)
Displays the number of unique candidates who indicated they were not interested during the Voice Screening process.
Example: A candidate informs the Voice AI that they are not interested in the job. The Not Interested (Unique) count is 1.
Opted Out (Unique)
Displays the number of unique candidates who opted out of Voice Screening.
Shortlisted (Unique)
Displays the number of unique candidates who satisfy the configured shortlist criteria.
Example: A candidate completes the Voice Screening interview and meets the configured shortlist criteria for the job. The Shortlisted (Unique) count is 1.

Note: All summary cards display counts of unique job candidates for the selected reporting period.
Date Range
Use the Date Range selector in the upper-right corner of the page to view analytics for a different reporting period.
Performance by Channel
The Performance by Channel chart compares candidate activity across the supported Voice Screening channels.
The chart displays candidate counts for each screening stage, making it easier to compare how different communication channels are performing.
Supported channels include:
- Phone
- SMS
The chart can be displayed as either:
- Grouped Chart – Displays each communication channel separately for every screening stage.
- Stacked Chart – Displays the combined candidate count for each screening stage, with individual channels stacked together.
The Y-axis represents the number of candidates, while the X-axis displays the available screening stages.
You can also export the chart using the Export icon available in the chart header.

The Candidates table provides detailed information for every candidate who has participated in Voice Screening.
This table can be used to review screening activity, evaluation details, workflow information, and candidate outcomes.
The table supports:
