To grant permission for Sense Meetings in Microsoft365, here is what you need to do:
Go to Enterprise applications:
Search for Sense in the search box and click on Sense in search results.
It will show an overview of Sense as shown below.
Then Go to the Permission tab under Security section in the left side bar.
Click on the blue bar containing Grant admission for to enable the access.
Now you have access and have enabled your calendar and can link to it.
Here is a list of permissions to enable:
