Below are a few simple steps to View the Support ticket by User.
- Navigate to our Sense Support Site Home Page - https://support.sensehq.co/hc/en-us.
- Use the Sign In option at the top right of the page.
- If you already have an account please sign in with your Email and Password OR you can Sign in with other options. If you don’t have an account created, you can create one and it will link your email to any previous tickets created.
- Once signed in, click on your profile icon on the top right of the page. Click “My Activities”.
This will take you to your submitted tickets, and you’ll be able to view all tickets you (or your company if this access is required) have submitted, or have been CC’d on.
