★ Overview
Sense Events is a solution for managing and launching online/offline events like recruitment drives. This will help with candidate acquisition, employer branding, and the hiring processes. You can view all the events in your organization to compare and manage the performance using Sense Events.
Note: Sense Events only works with Sense TRM and Sense Pages.
★ Options in Sense Events
[1]. You can view all the events your organization is running in the main dashboard.
[2]. You can find different columns in the Sense Events dashboard.
- Name: Name of the event
- Status: Status of the event. There are three types of event status: Draft, Published, and Archived.
- Start Date: Start of the event
- End Date: End of the event
- Updated By: Owner of the event
- Last Updated: Last time the event was updated
[3]. You can search for the event by name.
[4]. You can filter the events by status.
[5]. You can navigate to the next page by clicking on the page numbers available in the bottom right corner.
★ How to create Events
[1]. Navigate to Events in the Sense main menu bar.
[2]. Click Create Event.
[3]. Fill out the event details like Name, Description, Start date, and End date.
[4]. Click Create.
[5]. You will be redirected to the dashboard of the Event. Now this event is in the Draft stage. Before publishing, you must add job(s) to a landing page.
[6]. Click on Add Jobs to the event. This will show all the jobs that are available in TRM.
NOTE: You must allow these jobs in Sense TRM to show here.
You can search for the job by name and view the job details before selecting it. To select the job, you will click on the check box in front of it.
View details will redirect you to the job overview page in Sense TRM.
Click Add to Event to add all the selected jobs to the Event.
If you didn't find a job for this Event, you can just create one. To do so, click Create Job, redirecting you to the job creation page in Sense TRM. Refer to Create a New Job to learn more about job creation.
[7]. Click Link Page to link to the desired landing page. When you do this, you will see all available pages and can search by name or filter by the Page creator's name.
You can create one if you need help finding the relevant landing pages. Clicking on Create New will redirect you to the Sense Pages tab.
Once the page is added, choosing Select will add it to the event.
You can view the details and preview the page by clicking on Preview. If you want to unlink the page, you can do so by clicking Unlink.
[8]. After adding the job and landing page, you can publish the event by clicking Publish.
You will get a confirmation message to publish. Click Publish.
[9]. Once published, you can share the event by clicking Share.
[10]. You can view the link to the event by clicking Copy Link.
Now you can share this link with candidates via digital channels like email, text, WhatsApp, social media, and more.
