The UI on the List page has been enriched with the addition of two new columns. These columns provide users with additional information and functionality, enhancing their ability to interact with and understand the data presented on the page. By incorporating these new columns, users can access relevant data more efficiently and make informed decisions based on the comprehensive insights provided. Overall, these enhancements contribute to a more intuitive and user-friendly experience on the list page.
Two new columns have been added to the List page:
- Created by: Displays the username or email of the person who created the list item with the respective security group.
- Last updated: Indicates the time since the last update, displayed in the format of hours, days, months, or years.
Last Updated Criteria
Below are the changes that contribute to the Last Updated Criteria:
- Changes made to the List Rules and saved contribute to the last updated timestamp.
- Changes made to the List Name and saved contribute to the last updated timestamp.
- If no changes are made to the existing rules or name, but the Save button is clicked, even then, it will contribute to the last updated timestamp.
- If there’s no data for Last Updated (for existing lists), then “--” will be visible on the List Page and N/A on the List preview page.
