Suppression limits the amount of sent touchpoint, no matter how many times a touchpoint is triggered (i.e. multiple placements):
Cap repetitions? :
You can set whether this touchpoint can be repeated to a recipient or not.
If you set it to NO, then touchpoint will continue to be sent no matter if a candidate responds to this touchpoint or not.
If you set it to YES, then if a response is recorded for ANY touchpoint within this journey, then THIS touchpoint (the specific Touchpoint that this setting is applied to) will not be sent.
Limit frequency? :
You can set, What frequency should touchpoint be sent.
If you set it to YES, then you have options on how many times should be touchpoint sent or can limit it to once.
If you set it to NO, then it will send the touchpoint unlimited times.
Limit to once per :
You can set for how many intervals this touchpoint should be sent once. There are options like limiting the touchpoint once per day/week/2 weeks/ 30 days/ 60 days/ 90 days/ 180 days/ 365 days.
NOTE: Sense will base the Suppression on the number of times each unique recipient receives the touchpoint as defined by the same unique identifier that is used by the ATS. (e.g. candidate ID will be used instead of email)
