Definitions:
- Promotors - Individuals that responded to the NPS survey with a 9 or 10
- Passives - Individuals that responded to the NPS survey with a 7 or 8
- Detractors - Individuals that responded to the NPS survey with a number from 0 to 6
- NPS Score - (Promotors - Detractors) / All individuals that responded
Benchmarks:
- An NPS greater 45 is excellent
- An NPS of 24 to 45 is good
- An NPS less than 24 needs improvement
