The AI Recruiter (AIR) Dashboard gives you a centralized view of your intelligent recruiting engine’s performance. Built to work alongside your talent acquisition team, AIR uses Workflows powered by Candidate Matching, Voice AI and evaluation as core capabilities to streamline hiring.
This interface is designed to deliver measurable ROI and helping you achieve faster, smarter, and more efficient recruitment outcomes.
AI Recruiter Dashboard
You can access the AI Recruiter dashboard from Automation > AI Recruiter. This landing page presents a high-level view of AIR's overall performance for your customer base, which primarily consists of staffing agencies.
Currently Automated Jobs out of Active Jobs: This metric compares the number of active jobs the AI Recruiter is currently within the total active jobs, (since its a subset), showing AIR’s utilization (e.g., 14 jobs or 1% of total).
Jobs Automated (Till Date): It shows the cumulative number of jobs AIR has processed year-to-date, including closed ones, across Auto-submission and Post Application workflows where submissions were generated.
Total Evaluations (Till Date): This reflects the number of candidates who completed calls and were evaluated by the workflow’s evaluation node.
Influenced Submissions (Till Date): This indicates the number of candidates your agency submitted to customers, based on your defined submission formula.
Influenced Placements (Till Date): It tracks how many submitted candidates were successfully placed, as defined in your system’s DEFAULT_ACTUAL_CUSTOMER_PLACEMENTS_LIST_NAME.
The AI Recruiter currently solves two crucial use cases, effectively managing both your outbound and inbound candidate engagement.
Auto-Submission Flow (Outbound)
You use this flow to proactively reach out to candidates who have not yet applied to a specific job.
How the Process Works:
- You open a job (e.g., a Technical Content Writer position).
- The bot automatically accesses your internal database of past applicants who are not currently part of your organization.
- It scans candidates and selects the top 50 or 100 prospects, adhering to the configuration you set within the workflow's Candidate Matching node.
- The system initiates a call with these matched candidates.
- It evaluates the candidates who complete the pre-screening call by asking role-specific questions.
- If the candidate achieves a good evaluation, the system sends a notification to you (the recruiter) indicating that this person is a good fit and submission-ready.
Post Applicant Screening Flow (Inbound)
You use this flow when candidates have already applied to a job.
How the Process Works:
- A candidate applies to the job.
- The system makes a call to the candidate and evaluates them.
- It shares the evaluation outcome with you (the recruiter) so you can determine the next steps.
7-Day Funnel View:
The dashboard features a funnel view that displays performance over the last 7 days. For example, you can observe that if 58 applications arrived on September 24th, 29 of those applications have been evaluated so far.
Note: The evaluations might have occurred across different dates following the application, but this view relates the evaluations back to the original application date.
Performance Analytics Tab
When you drill down into a specific agent (e.g., Auto-submission Agent), you enter the Performance Analytics tab, which provides context-specific metrics for that workflow.
Key Metrics
- Jobs Automated: You view the total jobs automated specifically for this use case (e.g., 78 jobs for auto-submission).
- Time to Evaluate: We show you the average time taken by a record to progress from candidate matching to evaluation.
Hiring Funnel Visualization
The funnel view tracks the conversion rate across the specific use case stages:
| Funnel Stage (Auto-Submission) | Funnel Stage (Post Application) | Description |
| Matches Generated | Applications | In Auto-Submission, you see matches found for the job. In Post Application, you see the total applicants received, as matching did not occur. |
| Matches Contacted | Applications Contacted | These are candidates who received a call. |
| Matches Screened | Applications Screened | These are candidates who completed the call. |
| Evaluated | Evaluated | Candidates who completed the call and were processed by the evaluation node. |
| Submitted | Submitted | Candidates ready for submission. |
| Placed | Placement | Candidates who were successfully placed. |
Trend View: Absolute vs. Funnel
You use the Trend View to track performance metrics over time.
| Trend Type | Correlation | How You Interpret the Data |
| Absolute View | No correlation established between metrics on a specific date. | You see simple counts of how many matched, how many were called, and how many were evaluated on a particular date. For example, the 15 evaluations shown on a certain date could belong to matches found on any previous date. |
| Funnel View | Correlation is established between the key stages. | You establish a relationship: If 1,428 matches were found on July 29th, the corresponding number of contacted and evaluated candidates relate specifically to those 1,428 matches. You should note that while the relation exists, the actual calling or evaluation could have happened any time in the future. |
Candidate Pipeline View
You track the current stage of every candidate who enters the flow.
- Single Bucket Status: You observe that a candidate's record only exists in one of these buckets (Matched, Called, Evaluated, Submitted, or Placed) because it reflects their current stage in the process. Once a candidate reaches "Placement," you will only find their record in that specific bucket.
- Search Capabilities: You can search the Candidate Pipeline based on email ID and phone number.
Engagement Metrics
If your selected workflows utilize communication nodes (Email or SMS), this matrix provides analytics similar to standard engagement tracking. You can track absolute numbers and conversion rates, such as the number of communications sent and the open rates.
AI Flows Management
Your dashboard data relies on the underlying Workflows.
- Manual Workflow Addition: Currently, our system does not automatically tag workflows as part of the AI Recruiter. Therefore, you must manually add any workflows that perform the matching, calling, and evaluation functions that you want the dashboard to report on. If you create a third, similar workflow, you must add it to the AI Flows section so the dashboard considers its data.
- Workflow Visualization: This tab provides a visual representation of how different workflows connect and how components interact within the process you configured. You can use an iframe-based view to see the attached workflow visually.
