The Dashboard offers recruiters and hiring teams a centralized snapshot of hiring activity, upcoming actions, and critical tasks. It is designed for at-a-glance visibility into the status of jobs, interviews, approvals, and referrals—enabling smarter, faster hiring decisions.
All widgets fetch near-real-time (approx 3 hours) data from the backend.
Core Hiring Metrics
Positioned at the top for immediate visibility, these tiles offer key performance indicators updated in real-time:

| Open Jobs | Count of all currently open jobs in the system |
| Time to Hire | Difference between the time when the job was approved and when the first candidate was hired |
| Time to Submit | Difference between time when the job was approved and when the first candidate submitted |
These metrics enable quick trend monitoring and performance benchmarking for talent teams.
Hiring Pipeline Performance (Graph Module)
This section visualizes the funnel status of applicants across hiring stages over a selectable time range (e.g., last 30 days). This helps you understand where candidates are dropping off and align pipeline efficiency with hiring goals.
The Funnel stages visualize the journey of candidates through the following stages:
- Applicants
- Screened
- Interviewed
- Offered
- Joined
You can use the dropdown to filter data by time ranges. Hover states for precise stage-wise numbers and percentages.
The three-dot menu allows you to download the funnel details.
Clicking the arrow icon will take you to the analytics page.
Upcoming Interviews
The Upcoming Interviews widget reflects the interview schedule for the logged-in user. It shows upcoming interview slots (or a “no interviews” state) and dynamically updates as interviews are scheduled.
The Upcoming Interviews widget provides users with immediate visibility into their scheduled interviews, helping to reduce scheduling conflicts and oversights.
Interview Feedback Panel
This module captures all feedback-related activities and statuses under the following tabs:

The Approvals widget offers a unified view of all the Job and Offer Approvals relevant to your role. It allows you to access and manage approval requests tied to job postings, offers, or hiring actions, depending on your user role. Organized by:
- Pending
- Approved
- Rejected
Task Panel (Right Sidebar)
This is a consolidated task list module showing all recruiter responsibilities. Sections include All Tasks, Offers to Roll Out, Interviews to be Scheduled, and more.
Click-through functionality opens the related jobs directly.
Referral Module
The Referrals module encourages user participation in referral programs with easy submission.
- Add a Referral: Opens the referral submission form.
- Share Referral Link: Generates a unique link to share.
