The Actively Hiring tab displays a list of open requisitions currently in the hiring process. This view provides a centralized snapshot for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to track job statuses, applicant flow, approvals, and activity age, helping prioritize and manage hiring efforts effectively.
Job Card Overview
Each card in the list represents an individual job requisition. It encapsulates key metadata, live metrics, and actionable controls.
Card Elements:

Applicant Funnel Summary (Inline Stats)
Each card includes inline stats to show real-time funnel progress for the job:

| Applicants | Number of candidates who have applied or been added to the requisition |
| Offered | Number of candidates who received a formal offer |
| Hired | Number of candidates who have accepted and been marked as hired |
| Joined | Number of candidates who have started or been onboarded |
These metrics support quick decision-making on whether a job needs more sourcing, faster pipeline movement, or has stalled.
Job Timelines & Activity Indicators
Key temporal signals are prominently displayed:
- Overdue Tag (Red): Indicates the job is past its expected due date
- e.g., “Overdue since 28th February 2025”
- Active Days: How long the job has been in Open status. (e.g., Active 145 days)
Status Badges
Jobs may have one or more status indicators based on their workflow position.

| Important | Special tag to highlight urgency or priority |

These badges help users visually scan and prioritize jobs needing attention.
Job Actions
Each card includes a three-dot menu, with actions depending on the job’s current state.
- Request Approval: Submit job for approval (if still in Draft).
- Remind Pending Approvers: Trigger job approval reminders for pending approvers.
- Create Duplicate: Clone the job structure. When you click Create Duplicate, a side panel opens that allows you to configure and create a duplicate job.
- Put Job On Hold: Puts a job on hold. When you click Put on Hold, a side panel opens that allows you to put the job on hold.
- Mark as Closed: Closes the job. When you click Mark as Closed, a side panel will appear, prompting you to select the reason for closing the job before you can finalize the action by clicking Close this job.
- Cancel this Job: Permanently remove the job from the hiring workflow. A confirmation pop-up will appear upon clicking Cancel this Job. To proceed with cancellation, click Yes, cancel.
