Overview
Since launching Workflows in August 2024, we’ve been focused on delivering a single, modern automation platform that is more powerful, flexible, and scalable. As part of this evolution, Journeys will gradually sunset, and Workflows will become the unified automation solution at Sense.
Workflows are built to go beyond what Journeys offer today and to support more advanced automation use cases across the candidate lifecycle:
- Greater flexibility with conditional logic, branching, and reusable automation patterns
- Broader channel support, including WhatsApp and Voice AI
- Improved performance and scalability for complex, high-volume automations
- Unified automation experience across messaging, data updates, and operational actions
