What's new
Ask Sense IQ anything
The search bar at the top of the page is now powered by Sense IQ. Find any page or report, or type a question in plain language and get an answer. You can also select the microphone icon to speak your query.
Your AI Team at a glance
The new AI Team section features our AI products:
- AI Recruiter sources, screens, and follows up with candidates automatically.
- AI Receptionist greets, qualifies, and routes every inbound candidate, 24/7.
If AI Recruiter or AI Receptionist isn't enabled for your organization, its card shows options to learn more about the product instead:

Your ROI snapshot
The new Metrics section shows the impact of Sense on your business, including:
- Avg Time to Start (Days)
- Influenced Placements Count
- Influenced Gross Profit
- Time Saved (Hours)
Two trend charts show influenced placements and influenced gross profit over time. Use the date range menu to change the reporting period, and select the download icon on a chart to save its data.
Get the most out of your ROI metrics
Your ROI snapshot needs a one-time setup before it can show your data. If you haven't completed it yet, you'll see a View ROI Metrics Here panel on the home page.
- On the home page, select Complete Setup.
- Complete each item on the ROI Checklist.
- Return to the home page to see your metrics and charts.
It only takes one setup, and your home page will track your ROI from then on.
