This section is used to define the basic details of your agent. These details help you identify, manage, and organize your agents, especially when you have multiple agents created for different use cases.
Agent Name
- The Agent Name is used to identify your agent in the agents list
- It should clearly describe what the agent is used for (for example: sourcing, screening, etc.)
- This makes it easier to find and manage the agent later
Important:
- The name has a character limit (as shown in the field)
- Choose a clear and meaningful name to avoid confusion
Description
- The Description provides additional context about what the agent does
- It helps explain the purpose or use case of the agent
For example:
- What the agent is used for
- What type of candidates or workflows it supports
Brand
- The Brand field lets you select the brand this agent belongs to
- The agent will use configurations associated with the selected brand
This can include:
- Knowledge Base content
- Default fallback messages
- Other brand-specific settings
When to use:
- If you have multiple brands, select the correct one
- If only one brand is available, it will be selected by default
Reminder
- The Reminder setting shows whether reminders are enabled for the agent
- Example: Enabled: SMS indicates reminders will be sent via SMS (By default, SMS reminders are enabled for outbound chat agents)
- You can turn this ON or OFF
- You can open this setting to configure reminder details
