Once a task is created, it appears in the Tasks page based on its status and due date. Recruiters can use this page to track pending activities, update tasks, snooze reminders, or mark tasks as completed.
Each task card displays important task details such as:
- Task name
- Assignee information
- Due date and time
- Task status
- Task creator details
- Last updated information
This gives recruiters quick visibility into pending follow-ups and recruitment-related actions without opening the task individually.
Task Status Tabs
Tasks are automatically organized into different tabs based on their current status.
Overdue
The Overdue tab displays tasks that have crossed the configured due date and are still pending action.
This helps recruiters quickly identify delayed follow-ups or pending recruitment activities that require immediate attention.
Upcoming
The Upcoming tab displays tasks that are scheduled for future dates or are yet to become overdue.
Recruiters can use this section to plan and prioritise upcoming outreach and hiring activities.
Completed
The Completed tab displays tasks that have already been marked as complete.
This helps teams track finished activities and maintain visibility into completed recruitment actions.
Mark a task as complete
Recruiters can directly complete a task from the Tasks page.
To mark a task as complete:
- Locate the required task.
- Click Mark as complete.
Once completed:
- The task status is updated.
- The task moves to the Completed tab.
- Pending reminders and notifications related to the task stop automatically.
This helps recruiters maintain an updated and organised task list.
Edit a task
Recruiters can update task details whenever changes are required.
To edit a task:
- Click the three-dot menu available on the task card.
- Select Edit.
You can update details such as:
- Task Name
- Description
- Assignee
- Candidate or Job association
- Due Date and Due Time
- Reminder timings
- CC recipients
This is useful when recruitment priorities change or follow-up timelines need adjustment.
Snooze a task reminder
Recruiters can temporarily postpone reminders using the Snooze option.
To snooze a task:
- Click the three-dot menu on the task card.
- Select Snooze.
- Choose the required snooze duration.
Snoozing helps recruiters temporarily delay reminder notifications without changing the actual task details or due date.
Delete a task
If a task is no longer required, recruiters can remove it from the Tasks page.
To delete a task:
- Click the three-dot menu on the task card.
- Select Delete.
Deleting a task permanently removes it from the task list.
