The ‘SMS Confirmation’ feature allows you to send SMS confirmations to attendees when they schedule or reschedule the meeting/event.
➥ Important: The SMS Confirmation feature will be in the disabled condition by default. To start sending SMS confirmations, you can enable it from the 'Other Options' tab at the template level.
To enable the SMS Confirmation feature:
- Log in to Sense and navigate to Sense Meetings (Scheduling).
- Select the desired template (Individual/Team Template) for which you wish to enable the feature.
- On your template, navigate to Other Options.
- Locate the ‘SMS Confirmation’ section and switch the toggle ON.
- Click Save and Finish.

➥ NOTE: Once you turn ON the SMS confirmations for an existing template, the system will begin sending the messages for interviews booked from that point onwards.
