Overview
The Referral Portal offers a comprehensive platform for users to efficiently manage their activity within the organization. From tracking payment details to accessing personal information and sharing referrals on social media, the portal streamlines various tasks for users.
Here are some use cases on how the referral portal can be used:
Staffing:
In Staffing, a user can be associated with multiple organizations and programs. For this, we will be using a dropdown filter on the organization and program to segregate users.
Corporate:
In Corporate, an employee will be part of only one organization. They will be able to see an integrated employee and hiring manager view with TRM, which will be available in a future release.
To start using the portal, you’ll have to first refer a candidate to a job. Submitting a referral sends an email notification to both you and the candidate.
