The Jobs tab allows users to view all jobs within the organization. This feature is particularly useful when referring someone by searching through job postings.
You can search for jobs by entering the job title or location in the search box provided.
Note: The default program is pre-selected, and related jobs are displayed in the Jobs tab.
You can filter jobs using the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
You can view the job details by clicking the Job Title link.
Refer Now Button
When users click the Refer Now button, a personalized referral form opens from the right-hand pane. The selected job is automatically mapped to the referral form.
You can type the full name of the referral, enter their email and phone number, mention what qualifies your reference for this position, and attach their resume. Then, click Submit.
At the bottom, pagination controls allow users to navigate through jobs, with a maximum of 10 jobs displayed per page. The total job count and page index are also shown, e.g., “Items per page: 1 - 10 of 127.”
