The Referrals Programs allows you to manage your Referral programs, making it beneficial for companies operating multiple brands or divisions.
If multiple programs are available, you can easily search and filter them using the search and filter options.
Download Program Links
You can use this button to download all personal and agency links for your existing Referral programs.
Filters
You can filter the programs based on Active Programs or Inactive Programs.
Share Referral Links
You can directly share either the company link & QR code or your personal link & QR code on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), copy Messaging link, copy Email link, and copy Referral link. You can also download and share the QR Code.
Three-dot menu
From the three-dot menu, you can perform the following:
- Duplicate as New: You can duplicate an existing program as a new program.
- Deactivate Program: You can deactivate the program.
Note: These options are not available for the Default Program.
Create a Program
To create a new Referral program, click the Create Program button. This section is divided into five parts, namely:

Program Setup
In this section, you must fill in the Name of the program, Welcome message, Select a brand, and Define Terms and Conditions. You can also check the box to makeMake it mandatory for all referrers to read and acknowledge the terms.
You can view the Form Preview on the right side.
Then click Next Step.

Form
In this section, configure custom questions to gather essential information from referrers and referrals. For more information, refer to this guide.

Then click Next Step.

User Access
You can be added to programs as either a Viewer or an Editor, determining their visibility at the Program level.
- Viewers can view the Referrals program but can only edit items on the Referral Tracking and Jobs tabs, for which they have visibility. They will have access to the Programs Tab and can view everything here, but they cannot edit any of it.
- Editors have full editing permissions across the entire program.
Program Access
In the Program Access tab, select the user from the Select User dropdown. Then, choose whether to add them As an Editor or as a Viewer. Click Add.
You can also search for editors from the search box.
Notification Access
You can add an email address (this does not have to be a Sense user) or user to enable notifications regarding submission updates, status changes, payment details, and eligibility. You can also define which status change will send the notification.
Enter the email address in the search or add a user box for the user you want to centralize notifications to one location for tracking purposes. After adding the email, you can select their access level and add them for notifications.
Note: This option is not available for the Default Program.

Bonus & Validity Settings
You can define the Bonus Amount (currency), Bonus Payout Period (hours), and Referral Validity (days) for which the bonus should be processed.

Jobs
You will have to include a job list in the Jobs section. You can either select an existing list or create one from scratch.
Once you attach a list, you can view the associated jobs by clicking on them. You can also search for the job or owner, view list details, and filter jobs based on location.
You can also click the edit button to edit the bonus amount, payout period, and referral validity from this page.
Bulk Actions
You can select multiple jobs and edit the bonus amount, payout period, and referral validity simultaneously.
After you are done creating the program, you can either share the link.
Click Done. The new program will appear on the Programs tab dashboard as shown below:
