The Timesheet Synchronization feature allows you to manage and track candidate working hours and eligibility for referrals. This feature is particularly useful for ensuring that referrals and payouts are processed based on actual work completed.
You can follow the steps below to upload the CSV file.
- Navigate to the Referrals > Payouts.
- Click the three-dot menu and then select Sync Timesheet.
- If required, download a sample file by clicking on the sample file link for your reference.
- You can drag and drop or select the .CSV file containing all the information from the folder.
- Click Sync to continue. It will automatically validate and take the header's value from your file with the column header. If the validation is correct, continue with it, or else change it manually.
- Click Map Field to map all the available fields. If all the fields are available, they will appear as available under the Data Preview column.
- Click Save. You will be notified once it is successfully synced.
Available Timesheet Actions
Below are the other actions you can perform from the three-dot menu:
- Download Timesheets: You can download timesheet records to view detailed information about candidate working hours.
- Upload History: You can view a log of past uploads and track the progress of current uploads, including any associated errors. You can also view the upload history by clicking the View Upload Status button after uploading the Timesheet.
Timesheet Automation with Mailbox
You can send the timesheets directly to the Sense Referrals mailbox via email. The timesheets must be sent from the registered or verified users’ mailbox, and the sync process occurs every hour. The Admin/ registered user can easily send an email to mailto:referral-upload@sensehq.com instead of logging into the Sense Admin portal.
Note: This feature is supported either for a single user or all users. It is not supported for a discrete number of users (e.g., 2 or 3).
