1. I'm receiving a "Possible Carrier Filtering" message in Sense. What does that mean?
A. This indicates that the message was not delivered to the recipient because the carrier might have filtered it out due to its content. For more information, please review our Carrier Filtering guidelines.
2. I'm receiving a "Message Could Not Be Delivered" notification while sending a message. What does that mean?
A. This means that the message was not delivered to the recipient. There might be an issue with the user’s/ recipient's number. Please reach out to Sense Support for assistance.
3. How can I bulk archive messages in Sense?
A. Currently, there is no bulk archive option available in Sense. You must archive each message individually through the UI.
4. Does Sense support group chat?
A. No, Sense does not currently support group chat.
5. I have scheduled messages for candidates. How can I find them in the UI?
A. Currently, scheduled 1:1 messages will only appear in the candidate messaging section.
6. We have a broadcast suppression rule. If two recruiters schedule a broadcast message to the same candidate within the suppression rule, how does it work?
A. The earliest scheduled broadcast message will be delivered to the candidate, and the other one will be skipped.
7. What types of attachments can be sent via Sense?
A. Please refer to this document for information on the types of attachments supported by Sense.
8. A candidate sent a message to us, but it is not showing in Sense. What should I do?
A. Please confirm with the sender that the message was delivered. Then, provide the following details to Sense Support:
- Sender number
- User number
- Date/Time
If possible, obtain a screenshot, as it will be helpful for vendor escalation.
9. I'm searching for a conversation using a mobile number in the Search filter, but the results are not populating. What should I do?
A. Please note that the Search bar is intended for messaging keywords and candidate searches. If there is no candidate or other entity associated with the number, it will not be visible. However, you can search for conversations using the new message search bar.
