Once you are on the Profile page, you can navigate to the Conversations associated with them from the top drop-down.
From here, you will be able to review and select all the Touchpoints either sent or scheduled to be sent with your Candidate, Internal Employee, Contact, or Candidate Reference.
They will all be listed and will show:
- The name of the Touchpoint,
- What Journey it is associated with
- When it was Sent, When it was Opened, and When it was Responded.
Selecting the name of the Touchpoint will direct you to the Analytics page. Selecting the The Journey name will direct you to the Journey page the Touchpoint is associated to.
Conversation Filtering
You will have several options to help you narrow down the Touchpoint that was sent.
- Recipient - Select from the recipient list of Client, Contact or Internal employee
- Message Format -Select All, SMS or Email Touchpoints
- Sent? - Select whether it was Sent or Schedules to be sent
You will also be able to view the total number of Sent Messages Scheduled Messages, and Last NPS all from the top of this page.
