You design and send out journeys and each has one of several different goals. Each journey may have a conversion goal to gather responses to surveys, invite recipients to click a link, invite recipients to replay to SMS, or simply share an "FYI" or notification. Sense lets you measure each touchpoint and journey in the context of the conversion goal that you intended. You can see how far along the funnel from delivery to conversion your message recipients reached.
Sense also gives you full insight into the funnel from intended recipients to successfully delivered email and SMS messages. You can see how many of your intended recipients were skipped because of their contact information or your scheduling rules. And for all recipients who were sent a message, you can see how many didn't receive it and why. All this information is at your fingertips without needing to reach out to support.

- Filter by date range, Recipient type, Survey & chatbots and More filters using particular values
- Save, Restore, and Clear Filters
Once you’ve applied filters, you will have the ability to Clear, Save, and Restore Filters
Save: save the current filters to be your default view. Every time you go to Sense analytics, these filters will be automatically applied
Restore: after you’ve applied other filters, you can click restore to revert back to your saved (default) filter view
Clear: clear all currently applied filters
