Upon creating the internal forms, you can map them to your global or job-level hiring plan.
Adding Internal Forms to a Global Hiring Plan
- Navigate to the Global Hiring Plan by going to CRM Settings > Settings > Hiring Plan.
- Select a hiring plan and, from its details page, click on + Round to add a new round.
- In the pop-up, choose the round type as Internal Forms and create the round by adding a name. After completing the process, click Create.
- You can also copy the round configuration from an existing job using the drop-down provided for Copy from existing job.
- Click on Create to complete the process.
- From the stages, click on Configure provided against the internal form round.
Adding Internal Forms to a Job Hiring Plan
- From the respective job’s about page, navigate to the Hiring plan.
- Click on + Round to add a new round.
- In the pop-up, choose the round type as Internal Forms and create the round by adding a name.
- You can also copy the round configuration from an existing job using the drop-down provided for Copy from existing job.
- Click on Create to complete the process.
- From the stages, click on Configure provided against the internal form round.
Configuration Settings Available for Internal Forms
Once the internal form round is added to either a global or job hiring plan, clicking Configure allows you to set up various aspects of the form.
In the following screen:
- Add Users Who Can Access the Form: You can choose users from a drop-down menu to grant them access to the form.
- Enable Automated Alerts: You can toggle a button ON to opt for sending an alert to employees regarding the internal form upon completion of the round. This enables automated alerts to employees, prompting them to complete the internal form round.
- Select and Map a Configured Form: You can select a configured form and map it to the hiring plan from a drop-down list.
- Configure Email Template: The Email Template allows configuring the email content that will be sent upon form submission or triggered upon submission of the form.
- You can enter the email subject and body.
- The placeholder {{form_link}} will be added to the email body by default and is essential to generate the form link in the email triggered to the selected users.
- Click on Save Changes upon completing the email content.
- Add Notification Recipients: The Notification tab allows adding users who should be notified upon form submission.
- Click on Add upon selecting the list of recipients.
After configuring the settings, click Save to complete creating internal forms and map to the hiring plan.
Who Can Access the Internal Forms?
Only the users who are added to Sense CRM will be listed in the drop-down for the internal form and can be selected to access the form.
