To begin configuring scorecards, navigate to Configuration > CRM Settings > Settings > Job Setup > Scorecard Configuration.
Configuring the Rating System
You can define the scale and criteria used to rate candidates.
- Navigate to Configuration > CRM Settings > Settings > Job Setup > Scorecard Configuration > Rating System.
- Configure the scale and criteria, which can be a scale of 5 or customized according to your organization's standards.
- To add more criteria, click Edit and choose the number of points from the drop-down menu. You can edit the names of these criteria.
- Click Save.
Adding and Structuring Skillsets
You can add desired skill sets for specific job profiles or globally. These are added as sections with individual skills as parameters. Sample questions can also be added for each skill to aid interviewers.
- To add a new skillset section:
- Navigate to Configuration > CRM Settings > Settings > Job Setup > Scorecard Configuration > Skillsets.
- Click on Create Section.
- Add a name for the skillset section.
- Click + Add Parameters to add skills within this section.
- Click Create to save the Skillset section.
- If you wish to add more skills later, click + Add Parameters, enter the parameter name.
- Click Save to save your updates.
- To add sample questions to skills:
- Click on Add sample questions against the respective parameter (skill).
- In the pop-up, add the questions as required.
- Click Save. These questions help the interviewer during evaluation.
Creating Grouped Skillsets
You can group skill sets together to create a standard scorecard for the organization or easily import multiple relevant sections for a specific job (like grouping Design, JavaScript, and CSS for a Frontend Developer).
- Navigate to Configuration > CRM Settings > Settings > Job Setup > Scorecard Configuration > Grouped Skillsets.
- Click on + Create.
- Enter the Name of the group.
- Add Skillsets from the available list by checking the boxes.
- Click Create. All the chosen sections with their respective parameters will be added under the "Grouped Skillsets".
Scorecard Appearance and Feedback
On the feedback form, the rating system appears with Radio Buttons. Interviewers can click Add Remarks to provide additional comments. Once feedback is submitted, the average score based on the ratings is calculated and available in the Overall Recommendation section.
Overall Recommendation Section
The Overall Recommendation section is at the bottom of the feedback form. It is optional and can be customized to provide feedback.
To configure, navigate to Configuration > CRM Settings > Settings > Job Setup > Feedback Library > Overall Recommendation > Edit.
Controlling Scorecard Visibility
You can hide the scorecard for specific interview rounds for a set of users.
- Navigate to any job details page.
- Click on Hiring Plan.
- Click on Configure provided against the interview stages.
- In the resulting pop-up, you will find an option to hide the scorecard for that particular interview round.
