You can also manage scorecards directly within hiring plans. This allows centralized control over scorecard content for jobs that follow a standardized hiring process.
- Navigate to Configuration > CRM Settings > Settings > Job Setup > Hiring Plan.
- Select a hiring plan and go to the Hiring Plan details page.
- Click Manage Scorecard.
You can now import predefined sections and groups into the scorecard. Ensure these are already configured at Settings > Job Setup > Scorecard Configuration.
Once added to the hiring plan, the scorecard will automatically be mapped to all jobs that use the plan. You can still modify the scorecard at the individual job level if needed.
