[1] How quickly can a conversation go live?
Answer: The time for a conversation to go live primarily rests on how soon you can write and build your bot. This could be as quick as one day, but we find for many clients, going through the whole process, especially for their very first conversation, is around three weeks.
[2] Where can I review transcripts of the conversations?
Answer: In the Sense toolbar, navigate to Analytics>Dashboards>Transcripts.
[3] Where can I find out how the bot is performing?
Answer: There are a couple of ways to review how your bot is performing! You can find them all in the analytics page on your dashboard.
For specific bot analytics: Go to overview metrics and under Journeys, search for the journey with the chatbot you want to see the metrics of. Now you will see Overview metrics for all journeys and touchpoints. Click on the Surveys & Chatbots filter and select Chatbots Only to see metrics for a specific bot.
For overall metrics: Navigate to the Chatbot metrics tab under the analytics dashboard.
To review chatbot transcripts: Navigate to the Transcripts tab under the analytics dashboard.
[4] Where do the responses from the chatbot go?
Answer: By default, the responses from a conversation are written to a note in the candidate's entry in your ATS. If you have Bullhorn or E-Recruit, you are able to write back specific answers from the conversation to chosen fields in your ATS.
[5] What happens when the conversation is over? Does someone get an email? Am I notified of completed conversations?
Answer: In order to get a notification that a conversation has been completed, you must add a notification node after the ending question or message. If your conversation ends in separate branches, you need to have a notification node for each branch.
You can also use notification nodes earlier on in the conversation, they will be triggered by the question that comes before it.
[6] Is it possible to send a summary of the answers in the conversation in an email to a recruiter or another relevant party?
Answer: No, not at the moment, but we are working on it!
[7] How do I make the chatbot live?
Answer: Once your conversation has been built, you will see that its status changes to “Ready for use” on the Conversations main page. When your chatbot is “Ready for use,” you can attach it to a Journey.
