Will the system check for duplicate candidates before creating new records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?
Answer: Yes, the system checks for duplicate records in the ATS based on the email address provided by the candidate. If a duplicate record is found, the system will update the oldest record of the candidate.
 Can I manually review the candidates and add them to the ATS?
Answer: No, you can not manually add the record or choose not to add the record. The system automatically adds a candidate’s information based on below factors:
- New Candidate: The system will create a new candidate record when the candidate's email address is not found in the ATS.
- Duplicate Candidate: The system will update the candidate record when a duplicate email address is found in the ATS.
 Is the Candidate Creation feature available for all Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)?
Answer: No. Currently, the Candidate Creation feature is available for BullHorn, JobDiva, Avionte Bold and ERecruit.
 When a candidate is asked to provide multiple email addresses, such as Personal and Work Email IDs, which email address do we use to find the duplicate records?
Answer: The system uses the first email address received from candidates as a search key to find duplicate records in the ATS.
 What do I need to do to set up a candidate creation for a chatbot flow?
Answer: To write-back candidate information to your ATS, it is mandatory to fill in the correct “Writeback ATS Field” while creating the conversation flow.
